"I've had my pinnacle pro for a little over a year and a half and have had nothing but problems with it. Don't get me wrong, when it does work, it's great - when it DOES work. I've had to have the unit replaced twice already due to a defective battery that failed within the first two months. Then, the replacement I got had the same issue! It's been such a hassle. You would expect for the price your paying it would be higher quality. At this point, I've read a lot of great things about the Arizer solo and air and to be honest I wish I would have just bought one of those from the start."

"The only thing I don't like about this thing is the fact that it's accessories are mostly plastic, doesn't provide the best flavors for your herb. Haven't had any failures or anything, knock on wood, overall a great portable. "

"I bought my first one in July and love it. In fact I liked it so much I bought another. The idea of pre-loading your "bullets" is absolutely wonderful.I bought the little case that holds 7 bullets(comes with six and the pinnacle pro comes with two) so spending a little time to set them up saves a lot of time later. You have to treat it kinda gently to have it last for a long time. After all it is plastic. My only complaint is the mouthpiece is maybe an inch and half away from the heat so your hits can be too hot at times.the hydro tube works well for this and also there is a longer glass mouthpiece that I saw for sale elsewhere. I am buying another unit.For the price I think you can't go wrong"

"I used to have a g pro until it broke (whole different story), needed a new vape so I got the pinnacle pro. it looks really similar and works just about the same too. Hopefully this one lasts longer than the g pro."

"The Pinnacle Pro is a good portable vaporizer. So far it's worked well and I haven't had any problems. Battery life is good, and so is the amount of vapor that I get. The only thing I don't like is the plastic mouthpiece. I've had to clean it after a few sessions. Otherwise, good vaporizer. "

"I've had a real good experience so far with the Pinnacle Pro. It's a good vaporizer that it produces good vapor. You have to clean the mouthpiece from time to time, otherwise it's real easy to use. I would def recommend this for beginner users. The plastic materials and plastic mouthpiece are the only downside. But at $138.99, you get a good value for this product. "

"Had my pinnacle classic for 4 years never had a problem with it. Since I have purchased the hydro tube my vapeing experience is awsome, may give up smoking all together. Stealth is amazing with this unit which is a big plus for me. Battery life leaves a lot to be desired but in my mind a small price to pay for such an awsome unit."
