Arizer Air Portable Vaporizer
Building on their previous top-notch offerings in the portable vaporizer market, Arizer has certainly outdone themselves with this modern marvel of zero combustion vaporization, the brand new for 2015, Arizer Air.
Design
Big things certainly come in small discreet packages in this case. Measuring at just 122mm (4.8 inches) in height and 29mm (1.1 inches) in diameter, the Air is well suited for pockets, purses and handbags of all size. The compact size makes this unit ideal for low-key vaping on the go or home use alike. The solid shell design will help to set your mind at ease and will protect the unit from simple wear and tear. The included silicone skin will add additional protection to an already solid unit. Exterior durability is not to be overshadowed by solid interior foundation which encompasses the ceramic heating unit of the Air.
Heating
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. That’s the approach Arizer took when programming the pre-set heat settings on the Air. Arizer Solo users will notice the exact same pre-sets have been applied to the Air, allowing users to vaporize at temperature ranges from 356°F - 410°F. With five distinct heat settings, users have the ability to experiment a bit and figure out what temperature works best for them. Heat level settings are as follows:
Reaching the desired temperature setting will take only 1-2 minutes depending on the level selected. To conserve battery life and prevent overheating, the Air employs a 10 minute automatic safety shutoff system.
Ease of Use
Seasoned vets and vaporizer novices alike will truly appreciate the Air’s effortless loading technique. Simply pull the mouthpiece out of the base, pack the bowl at the base of the mouthpiece with the finely ground dry material of your choice, and secure the mouthpiece back into the base unit. For users lacking grace when handling small amounts of dry material, the draw stem can also be ‘dipped’ into a pile of your favorite green to avoid spillage.
Battery System
What really sets the Air apart from other similarly prices units in the same field is the fact that it’s powered by a rechargeable and interchangeable lithium ion battery, which is capable of an hour of continuous use per charge. The units removable tail-cap makes changing out it’s rechargeable lithium ion battery completely painless. Couple that with the fact the Air is able to be used during charging, there’s no such thing as ‘down time’ when it comes to the Arizer Air.
Accessories
The Air comes with a pair of glass diffuser draw stems, one longer stem similar that will look familiar to Arizer Solo users, as well as a shorter stem with a mouthpiece for added vaping comfort. Both of these can be stored in the included carrying case, allowing you to swap between them (and effectively vape continuously) without having to wait for the glass to cool between sessions. The Air includes a glass aroma dish that allows the unit to double as an essential oil diffuser.

"The Heat is On"

"I purchased the Arizer Air because I have owned a Solo since I first stumbled upon vaporizers and was a hoping for slimmer version of the vape I love. Basically that is what the Air is, however it does not seem to perform quite as well as the larger Solo. Though a silicone heat sleeve is included for handling it, the unit does get pretty warm and can char the herb even on a lower level. It is definitely discreeter than it's larger counterpart and seems to heat up quicker. It utilizes the same style of glass air path which creates very flavorful vapor. Arizer also introduced a new color for the Air, titanium. If you are patient with it and practice, the Air can work very well. Just run it on a lower level and work up from there to avoid accidentally burning and wasting your herbs."

"I have NOTHING bad to say about my air! I did a lot of research and have always heard the solo by arizer was one of the best vaporizers on the market. When the air came out I decided to spend a little extra money and get a really nice vaporizer. I wish I could recommend to everyone buying a vaporizer to start with one like the arizer air, and not a cheaper unit that doesn't work as well. I had a lot of crappy vaporizers in the past and I wish I would have just spent a little extra money right from the start and got one like the air."

"I got the Arizer Air a few weeks back and so far I'm loving it. Good quality and quantity vapor with a clean taste. I like that it is really portable and somewhat compact. Like many of the reviews on here have pointed out, it does heat up a little bit. In that regard I just let it cool down and I haven't had any problems at all. "

"This is one of the better portable vaporizers that I've ever owned, and I've owned quite a few. I haven't experienced any combustion so far and I've had it for a couple of months. With most portable vaporizers that I've had before, I've always had the issue of burning my herb. Again, so far this hasn't happened with the Arizer Air. The only thing negative that I can say is that it overheats a little bit, and that's actually not that uncommon among smaller, portable vaporizers. I would recommend it if you're looking to upgrade and experience the clean vaoe that you get with glass technology. "

"Thanks, vaporizer galaxy. I did a lot of research before deciding to spend a couple of hundred bucks on a vaporizer. I think I made the right choice with the Arizer Air. Before I bought the Arizer Air, I tried the Ascent, the Crafty, the Arizer Solo and all three work great. I also tried other herbal vape pens which actually work horrible (my herb kept getting burned). The whole point of vaporizing is that you actually get good clouds of vapor and you want to make sure you're not burning your herb. The Air does deliver true vaporization and it's also really portable. The glass piece on the Air is also another great thing, which gives you a real clean vapor, much like you would when you use a water pipe. While the Air does overheat a little bit, this so far has not caused me any sort of problems. The materials used are a bit plasticky side, but the glass on the Air looks like its made out of good quality materials. "

"Nice little portable vaporizer, well built for travel and vaping on the go. Fits right in your pocket and also comes with a carrying case that clips onto your belt. Easy to load up and has 5 different temp presets for you to choose, heats up quickly and gives you nice clouds. My only issue with the Air is the glass steam that attaches to the mouth piece can a bit difficult to remove at times but after a few uses it gets easier to remove. It's in the most popular section for a reason, give it a shot!"

"The Arizer Air is a great little portable vaporizer that is super durable and very discreet. It comes preset with 5 different heat temps, two glass diffusers and a replaceable battery. I love having a portable vape because I can use it at home, on the go and it works just as well as the volcano or any desktop vape. I prefer to vape herbs so the Arizer is perfect for what I do, it fits right in my pocket or the front pocket of my backpack so I can carry it around practically anywhere I go. It also comes with a carrying case which clips onto your belt that can hold the vape itself as well as the glass diffusers but, I don’t find it practical to keep it on my belt in public, however it’s great to have for hiking! It’s way more discreet than a pipe and produces incredible clouds. The glass diffusers are a huge plus, I always prefer to use glass and the bowl part of the chambers hold enough herb for me to get multiple good hits. My only concern with the glass is I have to be a little extra careful when traveling so I don’t drop or break it but if you’re looking for a piece to throw around you should just stick to cheap plastic pipe. This vape is perfect for anyone who wants a good quality vape that you can take on the go and also use at home. It can be stored easily, kept discreet and with the replaceable battery I can keep using it for as long as I want. Definitely recommend for those who love to vape on the go, may be new to vaping or just want a quality portable vaporizer in their possession."
